Real-time payment processing platform

Challenge: The existing system couldn't keep up with transaction growth, and every release required an overnight maintenance window.
Solution: We designed a new event-driven platform with idempotent transaction processing and zero-downtime releases.

Challenge: Webshop stock levels were synchronised every four hours, leading to cancelled orders and unhappy customers.
Solution: We introduced an integration layer with a message broker and change data capture that propagates ERP changes to every other system in real time.

Challenge: Partners integrated via CSV files and email, and every new integration took weeks.
Solution: We built a versioned REST API with OAuth 2.0 authentication, a sandbox environment and documentation generated from the OpenAPI specification.

Challenge: A fifteen-year-old monolith slowed down every new product launch, and only a handful of people understood how it worked.
Solution: We gradually extracted core domains into separate services, introduced automated testing and transferred knowledge to the in-house team by working side by side.
